East Jakarta Sub-BPRD Head, Johari mentioned, this socialization is participated by 50 representatives from notary, developer, apartment manager, Land Deed Makers Officials Association (IPPAT), sub-district UPPRD, and BPRD.
The legal basis of launching e-BPHTB is mentioned in Perda No. 6/2010 about general provisions on local taxes and circular letter of regional tax and levy agency head No. SE /4/2018.
